Nicola is a banking and finance law specialist who manages a team of solicitors and legal executives practising in the following areas:
- mortgage enforcement;
- debt recovery via the District Court and High Court processes, including post judgment enforcement and bankruptcy applications;
- summary and contentious commercial litigation for lenders;
- drafting and preparing full loan precedent sets for lenders which include, loan documentation templates, bespoke account types, mortgage terms, general and specific security agreements, guarantees and all supporting certificates and documents for a loan pack;
- panel lawyer loan documentation services and land registration services;
- residential refinancing via the Switchme Refinance Service; and
- residential conveyancing.
Nicola and Jonathan are currently writing a new volume of the Legal Practice Manual on Mortgagee Sales for the Auckland District Law Society.
