Sanderson Weir can assist your clients to complete the paperwork when refinancing a mortgage.
Your value to your client shouldn’t stop once you have found you client the loan they want. You can continue to add value by engaging our services to complete the documents and deliver them directly to your clients for signing.

For us to do this, we require you, the mortgage professional to carry out an additional step as part of the application process. This step is to complete an Identification Record for us and obtain a photo ID of all of the borrowers.

Because we rely on the integrity of the identification process carried out by a “trusted source”, our Switchme service is only available through a select group of mortgage professionals who have completed a training and accreditation process.

For registered mortgage brokers, training and accreditation is available via a computer based training program which can be accessed via www.nzmba.co.nz Completion of this training will earn the mortgage broker 1 compulsory CPD point.

For mobile managers and other originators, training and accreditation is available through a similar program that can be accessed via the link in the Services/Swichtme section of our website.
